A graduate of Eastern University, James Wheeler, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology.  As the Founder of LIA Visual (Life Is Art), a successful digital design agency, and T Shirt Kingz, a tee shirt design company, James partnered with Keeana Barber in 2010, merging his digital art design with the printing and design client demands of WDB Marketing, formally known as Whats Da Bizniz, Inc. at the time.  As the Chief Operations Officer of WDB Marketing, James oversees the Print Department’s day to day operations and expanding the in-house production capabilities of WDB Marketing.
